We get messages for all kinds of reasons. Here are the most common ones:
Toll Rate Errors:
If a toll fee on our calculator doesn’t match what you actually paid at the gate, please let us know. Include your entry point, exit point, vehicle class, and the rate you were charged. This helps us update our data faster and keep the tool accurate for everyone.
Missing Routes or Interchanges:
Our calculator currently covers 13 major Luzon expressways. If there’s a specific interchange, exit, or route connection that’s missing, tell us and we’ll look into adding it.
Technical Issues: If the calculator isn’t loading, a button isn’t working, or something looks broken on your device, please describe the issue and tell us what browser and device you’re using. Screenshots help too.
Suggestions and Feedback:
Have an idea that would make this tool more useful? We genuinely want to know. A lot of the features we’ve added came from user feedback.

We get a lot of messages from drivers having trouble with their EasyTrip or Autosweep accounts. We completely understand the frustration, but we are an independent website and cannot access or manage RFID accounts on behalf of any expressway operator.
